Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wolt CLI, a command-line interface and MCP server for the Wolt food delivery platform ("Service"), operated by Happenings Group A/S, CVR 40979956 ("we", "us", "our").

Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Wolt CLI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Service Description
Wolt CLI is an unofficial, third-party command-line tool that interfaces with the Wolt platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Wolt Enterprises Oy or DoorDash. The Service includes:
- A CLI application for searching restaurants, browsing menus, and managing your Wolt account
- An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for integration with AI assistants such as Claude Desktop
- A hosted MCP endpoint at mcp.woltcli.com
Accounts & Authentication
You authenticate with Wolt CLI using your existing Wolt account via OAuth. We do not store your Wolt password. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device and are automatically refreshed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and tokens.
Subscription & Payment
Wolt CLI requires a paid subscription. Pricing is approximately EUR 2 per month (15 kr/month DKK in Denmark), exclusive of VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via wolt billing with no lock-in period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate Wolt's terms of service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service beyond what is permitted by law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Wolt's systems through the Service
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service
- Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data at scale
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure
Intellectual Property
Wolt CLI is owned by Happenings Group A/S. "Wolt", the Wolt logo, and related marks are trademarks of Wolt Enterprises Oy and are used here solely for descriptive purposes. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Service source code, binaries, and documentation remain the property of Happenings Group A/S.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future changes to the Wolt platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or quality of data provided by Wolt.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happenings Group A/S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription and running wolt logout. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aarhus, Denmark.
